New features

  • Alarm and wake-up task flow: set an alarm and a wake-up task before bed, then follow the prompt to get up when it rings. Completing a task is never a prerequisite for silence. Timact keeps the system stop control, emergency mute, and a backup number task; these options don’t require an account, a subscription, or an internet connection.
  • Photo recognition tasks: follow the prompt to recognize a specified object with the camera. Recognition runs on device, with optional pet recognition. When taking a photo is not practical, use the backup number task.
  • Repeating alarms: repeat by weekday and keep the set local time across time zones; overlapping alarms merge into a single ring with one primary task.
  • Local records: completed task details are kept for 30 days. Records needed for active tasks, alarm-stop recovery, or preventing duplicate execution may remain longer. Details that are safe to remove can be deleted from the local records page.
  • Free and Pro: standard alarms and number sequence tasks are free. Object recognition, math, gentle shaking, and color memory tasks require a Timact Pro auto-renewable subscription, with monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple through StoreKit, without a Timact account.
  • Settings "More" group: privacy policy, help & feedback, rate us, and a version entry — tap the version number to open this page.
  • A steady home screen: improved display of the next alarm's status; when permissions are off, the app shows that alarms are unavailable and guides you through restoring access.
  • Chinese and English interfaces, adapted for small screens (like iPhone 13 mini) and recent models.
